Q: How much are your RV sites?A: Please check out our rates on the RV Sitespage.Q: When is Check in/ Check out times?A: Check in: 2:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Q: Do you have WiFi?A: Yes, we will have free WiFi at the office when completed.Q: Do you offer a military / first responders discount?A: Yes, we offer 10% military / first responders discount with a current ID (Active or retired)Q: Do you have laundry facilities?A: Laundry facility is coming soon, and there is a very nice laundromat a few blocks down the road.Q: Do you have bathrooms and showers?A: Bathroom and showers will be coming soon.Q: Do you take credit and debit cards?A: Yes, we accept credit and debit cards. We currently accept VISA, Discover and Mastercard.Q: What is your cancellation policy?A: Please read the full Cancellation Policy carefully. We do not give credit or refunds due to the weather. Early departures will not be refunded. Our Cancellation Policy varies depending on how soon in advance of the reservation date you give cancellation notice: 29+ days Full refund minus $10, Two or more weeks (14+ days) in advance of your scheduled reservation: Refund minus $30 cancellation fee. One to two weeks (7-13 days) in advance of your scheduled reservation: 50% of reservation. 6 days or less no refund.Q: Do you allow pets?A: Yes. All pets/animals are to be on a leash in owner’s hand at all times while outside the rig. Animals are not to be left unattended outside the RV. Clean up after your pet/animal on your lot and while walking. Constant or frequent barking will result in you being asked to leave There is a 3 pet limit. 1 pet standard- each additional pet charged per current mgmt policy.
